proudly funded by the California Board of State and Community Corrections Byrne
State Crisis Intervention Program (Byrne SCIP).

Guns are the most commonly used weapons in domestic violence homicides; women are more likely to be murdered with a gun than by all other means combined.

Homicide is a leading cause of death for pregnant women in the United States, above every other medically caused complication.

Prohibited individuals have 24 hours to turn them over if they were not asked to do so at the time of service.
